- Purchase Application Form:
STEP 1: First, you need to sign up and register on the SCDL Apply Online Portal. Log in to purchase application form & fill the application form online with the login credentials received by you at your registered email ID. Download the e-prospectus soft copy for future reference.
- The SCDL PG Diploma admission applicant fee for the purchase application form is ₹1200/-.
- Pay the course fee right after purchasing the form and book your seat.
Note: Application Forms are available ONLINE and OFFLINE, but note that the application form fee is non-refundable. Purchasing the application form by post is not acceptable.
- Registration:
STEP 2: Please upload your recent passport-size colour photograph, Government-issued Photo Identity Proof, Academic Records, Signature, and Work Experience Certificates (if applicable) in the specified format.
– Applicants applying under Defence Category have to give: Proof of service certificate [if serving actively] / discharge book [by veterans] / dependent certificate [by son/daughter/wife/husband of defence personnel] (any one document is applicable).
– For International and SAARC Students, a foreign country address is mandatory, along with address proof or copies of a passport page showing a visa of the foreign country.
– A Degree Equivalence Letter issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) is mandatory if the applicant has completed their education from a school, college, university, or institute located outside India.
If you haven’t paid the course fee yet, please ensure that you pay it immediately after submitting your form and documents to secure your seat.
- Fee Payment:
STEP 3: Submit your complete program fee after you log in as per the timelines specified and confirm your seat. If the course fee is not paid, your seat for the applied program shall stand rejected.
Note: Exam fee is not included in the program fee. The exam fee must be paid separately for each paper and for every attempt. Exam fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. SCDL does not accept any type of cash.
International and SARC Admission:
- Application Process
Purchase the application form Online for ₹1200/-. Pay the course fee right after purchasing the form and book your seat.
Upload your passport-size recent colour photograph, Govt. Photo Identity Proof, Academic Records, your signature & Work Exp. Certificates (If any) in the prescribed format.
A Degree Equivalence letter issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) is mandatorily required if the applicant has completed education from a school/college/university/institute outside India.

Submit online, your Application Form online and pay the Full Fee from your Login as per the timelines specified and confirm your seat. If the course fee is not paid, your seat for the applied program shall stand rejected.

Note:
International students must pay fees in Indian Rupees (INR). The conversion rate will be set at INR 85 = 1 USD, effective from April 1, 2025.
The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) is an organisation comprising South Asian countries.
SAARC countries include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Applicants from SAARC countries (excluding India) must pay fees as per the SAARC category for their enrolled program.
The SCDL PG Diploma Admission for International Students may pay the Fee via Demand Draft or Cashier’s Cheque to SCDL. The Demand Draft or Cashier’s Cheque must be drawn in favour of “The Director, SCDL, Pune” Payable at Pune, India.
The exam fee is not included in the program fee. Exam fee must be paid separately, per paper, per attempt. Exam fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. SCDL does not accept any type of cash payment.
