GENERAL CATEGORY:
- Students who have completed their education in India have to appear for their exams and avail themselves of all services in India, which fall under the General Category.
DEFENCE CATEGORY:
- Special SCDL course fees concession is offered to retired / active Paramilitary / Police / Defence Personnel (Army, Navy, and Air Force) and their dependents (spouse/child) as a token of appreciation and recognition of their services to our nation. Fee concession is not available to civilian category personnel working in Defence establishments (Ministry of Defence / D.R.D.O., etc.).
INTERNATIONAL CATEGORY:
- The SCDL admission process for international students applies to individuals holding a passport issued by a foreign nation, including Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) who have acquired foreign citizenship.
SAARC CATEGORY:
- South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) is an organisation of the South Asian nations of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Students having a passport issued by a SAARC country (except India), including people of Indian origin (NRIS) who have acquired the nationality of a SAARC country, will fall under the SAARC category.

- Purchase Application Form:
STEP 1:
- To smoothly initiate the SCDL admission process, click on ‘Sign Up’ and complete your registration on the SCDL Online Application Portal. Log in to purchase the application form and fill out the online form with the login and credentials received at your registered email ID. Then, download the e-prospectus as a soft copy for your reference.
- The application form fee for all applicants is INR 1200/-.
- Pay the SCDL course fees immediately after purchasing the form and reserve your seat.

STEP 2:

- Submit your complete program fee immediately from your Login as per the specified timelines and confirm your seat. Failure to pay the course fee will result in the cancellation of your seat for the selected program.
- Online payment is accepted via various payment gateways.
- The SCDL course fees range between INR 75,000 and INR 1,00,000.
Note: The exam fee is not included in the program fee. Pay the exam fee separately, per paper, on each attempt. The exam fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. SCDL do not accept any fee in cash form.

- A photocopy of the Class XII marksheet, duly attested or notarised by a certified notary, is required.
